After-Sales Policy

User Actions & After-Sales Validity

1. Confirm Receipt

  • Condition: Days in Transit

Case 1: (45 days - Days in Transit) ≥ 7 days

  • After-sales application period: 7 days
  • Example:
    • If a user submits an international parcel on Aug 1, JoJoBags ships it out, and the user receives it, then confirms receipt on Aug 7, the after-sales period is Aug 7–Aug 14 (7 days total).

Case 2: (45 days - Days in Transit) < 7 days

  • After-sales application period: 45 days - Days in Transit
  • Example:
    • If a user submits an international parcel on Aug 1, JoJoBags ships it out, and the user receives it, then confirms receipt on Sep 9, the after-sales period is Sep 9–Sep 14 (5 days total).

Not Confirmed Receipt

  1. Confirm Receipt: The user has received and accepted the parcel, and confirms there are no issues with the contents. Click "Confirm Receipt" in "My Parcels" to confirm.
  2. Days in Transit: The number of days from when JoJoBags ships the parcel out of the warehouse (calculated by calendar days).

Reminders:

  1. After-sales application location: (My Parcels – Corresponding Order – Apply After-Sales), please provide detailed information and clear photos of the parcel, packaging, and product. Applications missing required information (including but not limited to return/exchange photos, return/exchange requests, etc.) may be rejected.
  2. If the parcel is not confirmed received within 3 days after delivery, JoJoBags reserves the right not to provide after-sales service.
