Package Storage Period Policy

The storage period for proxy purchase orders is 90 days, starting from the order status "Stored in Warehouse".

• If you do not submit a parcel delivery order or pay the parcel storage extension fee within 90 days, the goods will be considered abandoned;
• The maximum storage period for goods is 180 days. If the goods are not delivered within 180 days, JoJoBags will no longer provide storage services, and the goods will also be regarded as abandoned;

JoJoBags will periodically dispose of abandoned goods.
