How to Purchase Products Through JoJoBags
Step 1: Select Products
Method 1: Find the product you want to purchase on Taobao/Tmall/1688, copy the product link, and paste it into the JoJoBags search bar.
Step 2: Submit Purchase Order
JoJoBags can capture product information from over 99% of products on Taobao/Tmall/1688. You can directly select product attributes such as color, size, quantity, etc., then click "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" to place an order.
Step 3: Pay for Products
Submit the purchase order, choose payment method, and pay for the product price and mainland China shipping fees.
Tips
· Support multiple currencies including RMB and USD
· Payment methods: Credit card, PayPal, bank transfer
· Fill in shipping country and other information; if additional services are needed, check the corresponding options, then submit the order.
Step 4: JoJoBags Purchase
JoJoBags purchase experts will order the products you want for you.
Tips
· Before order procurement, you can supplement detailed requirements through internal messages or online customer service; if needed, we will contact you to complete or confirm information.
· Purchase order status can be viewed in "User Console - Purchase Management - Order Management".
· Package status can be viewed in "Consolidated Shipping - Package Management" and "Consolidated Shipping - Waybill Management".
Step 5: JoJoBags Inspection and Storage
· When products arrive at JoJoBags warehouse, we will conduct professional and strict inspections, take photos of actual products for your review, identify issues and provide timely feedback. (Note: Products purchased from 1688 will be inspected according to different quality control standards)
· After passing inspection, products are stored and properly maintained. We provide 90 days of free storage service.
· Submit stored products for shipping (Steps 6-9), or purchase more products to combine for shipping (repeat Steps 1-5, then continue with Steps 6-9).
· Combining more products for overseas shipping will save international shipping costs and be most economical.
How to Submit Packages
Step 6: Submit Package for Shipping
In the user console's "Consolidated Shipping - Package Management", select products and click "Apply for Packaging and Shipping", fill in detailed recipient address and contact information, choose recommended delivery method, and click "Submit".
Tips
· Some products may be restricted by shipping methods, we recommend available delivery options for you to choose from.
· We provide additional services such as removing original shipping packaging, package reinforcement, removing price tags, etc. If needed, we will package according to your requirements.
Step 7: Pay International Shipping Fees
In "Consolidated Shipping - Waybill Management", select payment method and pay international shipping fees and customs fees.
Tips
· International shipping fees are calculated based on estimated product weight, chosen shipping method, and destination.
· Final shipping fees will be calculated based on package dimensions and weight measured by the shipping company. If there is a difference between final shipping fees and paid shipping fees, the difference will be refunded to your JoJoBags account after products are shipped.
Step 8: JoJoBags Shipping
Products are packaged, reinforced, weighed, and shipped out; international shipping begins.
Step 9: Wait for Delivery
After packages are shipped, you can track them in the user console "Consolidated Shipping - Package Management", view logistics tracking and monitor package delivery progress.
Tips
During international package shipping, there is a possibility of unexpected events such as delays, customs seizure, taxation, package damage, package loss, etc. JoJoBags cannot control or avoid unexpected situations that may occur with third-party logistics companies or customs. Following our "User First" service philosophy, we will inform and remind based on various routes and country situations, and do our best to provide help when problems occur.
Step 10: Sign for Packages and Win Cash Rewards
After receiving packages, you can confirm receipt through "Consolidated Shipping - Waybill Management".
