1. Insurance Service Notice

During international logistics transportation, common abnormal package statuses include package delays, package loss, and package damage.

1. Regarding Package Delays

Currently, major international logistics companies do not provide clear compensation standards for package delays, so delays are usually not covered under basic compensation.

2. Regarding Package Loss and Damage

If such situations occur, JoJoBags will provide corresponding compensation according to the specific compensation standards of the selected shipping route. You can submit an after-sales application or contact customer service for compensation processing.

To improve service experience and protect user rights, JoJoBags specially introduces logistics insurance services to provide additional security for your packages.

JoJoBags insurance includes the following three protections:

1. Package Delay Insurance

If packages on some supported routes have not been signed for more than 30 to 40 days from the shipping date, JoJoBags will refund 20% of the shipping fee as compensation.

2. Package Loss/Damage Insurance

If packages are lost or damaged during transportation, we will provide corresponding compensation based on the package situation and JoJoBags compensation standards.

3. Customs Seizure Insurance

If your package is detained or confiscated by customs, JoJoBags will handle compensation matters according to the actual situation and insurance policy standards.

JoJoBags reserves the final right of interpretation of insurance policies. Thank you for your understanding and support.

2. Disclaimer

In the following circumstances, JoJoBags will not bear compensation responsibility:

1. Force Majeure Events

Such as war, natural disasters (earthquakes, hurricanes, storms, floods, etc.), nuclear radiation and other radioactive pollution causing direct or indirect losses;

2. Insufficient Evidence

Users cannot provide valid proof materials required for insurance claims;

3. Time-out Applications

Failure to submit compensation applications within the specified time (within 7 days after signing for receipt, or no tracking records within 45 days from the shipping date and no compensation application);

4. Post-delivery Theft

Losses caused by theft or unknown reasons after package delivery is completed;

5. Prohibited Shipping Items

Such as shipping prohibited or restricted goods, or including categories outside insurance coverage, and being confiscated or legally processed by relevant authorities;

6. Sender Responsibility

Damage or loss caused by user's own negligence, errors, or problems with the items themselves;

7. Other Disclaimer Circumstances

Other special circumstances that do not fall within JoJoBags's compensation responsibility scope.
