I. Logistics Process and Delivery Time

1. Complete International Logistics Process

Your package will go through the following flow steps: warehouse packaging → logistics provider collection → logistics provider/airport security check → flight scheduling → air freight (some routes may have transit) → destination airport operations center → customs clearance → local express delivery → final delivery.

Each step requires certain processing time, especially the customs clearance process, which may be delayed due to uncontrollable factors such as customs inspection and policy adjustments. If you find that logistics tracking information has not been updated for a long time within the expected delivery time, please be patient and wait. We thank you for your understanding and tolerance!

2. Delivery Time Description

After the package status is updated to "Shipped", we will simultaneously provide estimated delivery time (for reference only). During actual delivery, if encountering severe weather (such as heavy rain, typhoons), customs clearance delays, logistics provider operational errors, etc., it may cause package delays. To avoid affecting your use, we recommend planning your shopping time in advance according to your needs.

II. Shipping Cost Calculation Rules

Shipping costs for different logistics routes and different destination countries will be calculated based on the actual weight or estimated weight of the package (whichever is higher, subject to specific route rules).

2. If you have questions about package weight, you can refer to the following volumetric weight calculation method:

  • If any side of the package is ≥60CM, the volumetric weight should be calculated as "Length (CM) × Width (CM) × Height (CM) ÷ 6000 (G)", and the final charge will be based on the higher value between "actual weight" and "volumetric weight";
  • If all three sides of the package are <60CM, the charge will be based directly on the actual weight of the package.

IV. JoJoBags's Cooperation with Logistics Providers

We will select logistics partners based on route stability and service quality. Different routes have different after-sales guarantees, as follows:

Self-operated Routes

Provided by carefully selected JoJoBags partners with stricter control and monitoring throughout the process. If your package encounters problems on this route (such as loss or damage), we will handle it according to JoJoBags's self-operated after-sales standards, with compensation policies that are more advantageous than ordinary logistics providers, minimizing your losses to the greatest extent.

Other Routes

Regular routes provided by well-known third-party logistics providers. If package problems occur, JoJoBags will assist you in submitting compensation claims to the logistics provider, but the final compensation standards must be based on the official policies of that logistics provider.

V. International Shipping Restrictions

International shipping services are actually executed by third-party logistics providers, so JoJoBags cannot directly control the following factors: shipping time, import restrictions on items by various countries (such as prohibited items regulations), tariff amounts and collection standards, etc.
